How we send the order depends on quite a few different parameters for example weight and the cost of the order. Sometimes deliveries are sent in two parcels this can be because a number of reasons i.e. Weight, Size etc Because all of our parcels are insured they require a signature upon delivery, we cannot leave the parcel behind the shed or over the gate unless specifically requested to do so by the customer (written request accepting responsibility in case of lost or damaged parcel etc) in-validating any insurance and guarantee of delivery by us.
Saturday Delivery can be arranged but will cost you around an extra £20 per order, we will send you out a separate payment request for this service once we receive your order payment and a request for Saturday delivery should it be available on your order.
Postage and Packing
All products are dispatched by a "signed for" insured delivery service, Discreetly in plain brown packaging with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or over the gate etc. This enables a fully discreet service and your confidentiality. Out Of Stock Items Out Of Stock usually have an estimated delivery time of within 12 days, basically what this means is the order has been placed with the manufacturer and they have responded saying stock is available and in is on it's way. Items Out Of Stock and showing the delivery note of: usually with 45 days means the order has been placed with the manufacturer but they are currently out of stock awaiting production to be completed. Any items no longer available from the manufacturer will be removed from the website as soon as this is confirmed from the manufacturer Delivery Schedule On the day of dispatch you will receive an email confirming dispatch and where possible a tracking reference number, courier details and how to track your parcel (If you wish to track your parcel with royal mail you may do if the parcel has not been delivered within 5 days of the dispatch date)
Goods that are in stock are dispatched within a working day. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods within about 12 days. (unless otherwise stated) If you're not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel is then returned to us. Not going to be in during the day?
If you are not going to be in during the day and don't want the inconvenience of collecting your parcel from the depot if you miss your delivery we can deliver to your work address as long as your state your billing address first when ordering.
UK Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 1.35kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service.

Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service and unfortunately is charged at a International shipping rates as this is classed as Europe

Tracking Your Order
Order Status Explained:
Payment Processing: Your order is awaiting payment confirmation
Payment Authorised: Your order payment has been processed and your order as now been sent to the warehouse
Processed Awaiting Dispatch: Your order has been accepted by the warehouse and is currently being picked and packaged ready for dispatch. Or we may be awaiting stock (Usually 12 days for dispatch unless you have ordered a item with extended delivery times)
Dispatched: Your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email to confirm this and where possible a tracking reference number, courier details and how to track your parcel (If you wish to track your parcel with royal mail you may do if the parcel has not been delivered within 5 days of the dispatch date)
Royal Mail This is quoted as a 1 to 3 working day service.
We use Royal Mail Recorded delivery service. This is a first class service and with current Royal Mail delivery standards they expect to delivery over 92% of first class mail the very next day.
However Royal Mail does not class a parcel as lost until it has been untraceable in their network for 14 working days. If at 14 working days the parcel has not arrived we will replace and claim our losses back from Royal Mail.

If the parcel has been longer than 4 days we advise you to check at their local depot to see if the parcel has been attempted to be delivered. 85% of queries we deal with regarding mail not turning up is because the local postal worker hasn't done their job properly and left a calling card to say they attempted delivery and the parcel is sitting at the depot waiting for collection.
So before contacting us. 1. Contact the depot to check if anything is waiting. 2. Please wait 14 working days as Royal Mail will not entertain any calls for tracking before this time.
Parcel Force Courier This is a 1 working day service.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives Parcel Force will keep the package at their local depot for 5 days enabling you to pick it up. After 5 days the parcel then returns to us and additional fees will be charged for the return service.

Royal Mail International This is quoted as a 5 to 7 working day service.
We use Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery service.

Returns Procedure:
Most items will have a returns address printed on the packaging if this is not present please email us and will issue you with the returns address
On occasion their may be times when parcels need to be dispatched back to customers and further charges will apply.
All orders returned with 14 working days (commencing the day after receipt of the goods, see returns procedure) will be credited in full should all the correct procedures have been followed.
Any shortfall or damages to goods must be notified as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of the goods.
All goods remain the property of adultslovefun until paid for and payment received in full.
Returns will not be accepted under any circumstance 28 days after delivery.
Before returning any goods please read all our terms and conditions.
All items returned must be accompanied by either the relevant invoice number or appropriate proof of purchase (i.e. credit card slip)
Also prior to return you must first receive a Returns Notice Number. This should be obtained from our staff and used with all correspondence regarding the return. Strictly No Returns Notice Number RMA - No Refund
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.
1. The goods must be unused. 2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging. 3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable. 4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. 5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order. 6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable. 7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods. Occasionally due to no fault of adultslovefun customers fail to receiver their orders due to incorrect details etc being given buy the customer, in this case customers still wanting to take delivery of their order will have to pay for the delivery again. Lost Parcels 1) We complete a claim form and include proof of posting and copies of commercial invoices to prove the cost of the goods. 2) Royal Mail processes the claim and contacts the customer to confirm the goods never arrived. 3) The claim is accepted once Royal Mail receives the customers confirmation back. 4) The goods are re-sent or the customer is refunded.
A claim usually takes about 4 weeks to complete
