If your item is new unopened and returned within 14 days then the answer is normally yes.

What is your returns policy on dvds on videos ?

As specifically stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs, videos and audio recordings if you have opened the seal.

I have a faulty item what should I do ?

If the item is operated by batteries we recommend that you check using a different set, check that they are fitted correctly before returning.
We will have to check the item before a replacement/refund is given.
Please contact us before sending your faulty item back as we may be able to offer a freepost returns address.

What is your returns procedure ?

Most items will have a returns address printed on the packaging if this is not present please email us and will issue you with the returns address

On occasion there may be times when parcels need to be dispatched back to customers and further charges will apply.

All orders returned with 14 working days (commencing the day after receipt of the goods, see returns procedure) will be credited in full should all the correct procedures have been followed.

Any shortfall or damages to goods must be notified as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of the goods.

All goods remain the property of adultslovefun until paid for and payment received in full.

Returns will not be accepted under any circumstance 28 days after delivery.

Before returning any goods please read all our terms and conditions.

All items returned must be accompanied by either the relevant invoice number or appropriate proof of purchase (i.e. credit card slip)

Also prior to return you must first receive a Returns Notice Number. This should be obtained from our staff and used with all correspondence regarding the return.

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.

1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
