Discretion

All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Recorded delivery by Business Post Courier.

Regardless of the size or cost of your order, your goods will be dispatched in a box and will require a signature.

Because all of our parcels are insured and require a signature upon delivery we cannot deliver to a neighbours house or leave the parcel behind the shed unless specifically requested to do so by the customer in-validating any insurance and guarantee of delivery by us.

We will email you on the day of dispatch to confirm your order has been shipped and issue you with a tracking number where possible

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Act:

"We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).", We do however give all account customers the choice whether or not they would like to receive our monthly newsletter and only the customers who select to receive our newsletter will receive it.
