PayPoint provides us with a secure reliable online payment service and "MC ALF" is what will appear on your credit card bill

We will require the full card number, expiry date; issue number and cardholders full statement address details.

We also accept Payments via PayPal (restriction apply on PayPal, Due to PayPal's acceptable user policy)

If a product is not acceptable to PayPal a note will show on the product information page and the PayPal payment option will not show at checkout, you will only be able to pay using a debit or credit card.

Items out of Stock

Items out of stock can still be ordered from adultslovefun and we will try our best to fulfil your order as quick as possible this is normally done within 12 days (as stated on the product page) but sometimes may take 45 days or even longer. We will try and inform you of any delays above 7 days.

Free Gifts

Free gifts are classed as any item priced at £0.00 or below and we only allow 1 free gift per order unless we have a special offer on a particular item.

We reserve the right to change/cancel the Free Gift.

If your order contains more than one free gift (any item priced at £0.00 or below) we will send only one free gift of our choice.

Discretion

All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Recorded delivery by Business Post Courier.

Regardless of the size or cost of your order, your goods will be dispatched in a box and will require a signature.

We will email you on the day of dispatch to confirm your order has been shipped and issue you with a tracking number where possible

Deliveries

All standard UK orders are sent recorded insured delivery by:

Royal Mail Insured Delivery (1 to 3 working days)

Guaranteed next working day UK deliveries are sent via:

Parcelforce Courier (Guaranteed next working day, By 5.30pm)
(All orders must be in before 3pm to guarantee next working day delivery)

Items not received - when proof of delivery as been given

If the parcel has been longer than 4 working days we advise you to check at your local depot to see if the parcel has been attempted to be delivered.
85% of queries we deal with regarding mail not turning up is because the local postal worker hasn't done their job properly and left a calling card to say they attempted delivery and the parcel is sitting at the depot waiting for collection.

So before contacting us.
1. Contact the depot to check if anything is waiting.
2. Please wait 14 working days as Royal Mail will not entertain any calls for tracking before this time. 

However Royal Mail do not class a parcel as lost until it has been untraceable in their network for 14 working days.

If at 14 working days the parcel has not arrived we will replace and claim our losses back from Royal Mail.

Within the 14 working days we are afraid there is nothing we can do

Returns

All items that are to be returned to adultslovefun must have an RMA number and be sent to our dispatch address, please see Delivery & Returns for the terms and conditions relating to returns.

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.

1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.

Delivery Costs - Refunds

All refunds will be issued minus a delivery cost based on how the original order was sent: i.e. £2.95 (Standard Delivery) or £6.95 (Next working day delivery).

If your order was sent via a free delivery method you will still be charged the delivery costs if you wish to have an item refunded.

Important information

• The cardholder will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction
• On completion of your order and once the cardholders payment has been received an invoice will be ready for you to print
• The cardholder should print out all transaction data and keep it at an easily accessible place

Lost Parcels

1) We complete a claim form and include proof of posting and copies of commercial invoices to prove the cost of the goods.
2) Royal Mail processes the claim and contacts the customer to confirm the goods never arrived.
3) The claim is accepted once Royal Mail receives the customers confirmation back.
4) The goods are re-sent or the customer is refunded.

A claim usually takes about 4 weeks to complete
